Satellite Competitions Tender Application 2022/23
Please read the following before beginning your application
This is where you register your tender application for an a Satellite England Squash sanctioned junior competitions. This has replaced Copper competitions from last year which is the same format but a change in name.
We are only accepting tenders for junior Satellite competitions between September 2022 through to July 2023 season.
Please note all competitions will be subject to the England Squash approval and England Squash reserves the right to withdraw sanctioning of any competition that does not adhere or breaches the relevant requirements.
All competitions between September 2022 - July 2023 will be eligible for Satellite ranking points. All rankings are updated twice a month with one being start of the month and one at mid-month.
Please note that if you wish to apply to host more than one Satellite weekend you will need to complete this form again for each competition weekend you wish to tender for.
Satellite Competitions tenders will all be taken in, and England Squash will deliberate and decide on the best possible options and will contact you once a decision has been made.
All tournament organisers must have a valid DBS check in place which will appear on their dashboard when it's approved. If you don't have a DBS in place you'll find details on how to apply here. If you're a Coach Club member and already have a DBS attached on your profile then you don't need a new check.
All tournament organisers must complete have a valid Safeguarding qualification in place. You'll find details on how to complete a Safeguarding course here.
All event venues must specify a Safeguarding Lead on their tender application.
Tenders will not be accepted for any club/venue that does not have a Club Welfare Officer in place.
All tournament organisers must have accepted and abide by the Data Processing Conditions outlined by England Squash (by accessing your Tournament Organiser dashboard).
