Super Regional
Super Regional squads are the link between our Aspire programme and our England Potential programme. The programmes’ goal is to further support developing U13 and U11 players that demonstrate a strong trajectory towards England Potential squads. The Super Regional programme culminates with a ‘Battle of the Border’ event at the end of the season where the north squad competes against the south squad.
What does the programme consist of?
5 x Training Days
Training days are split between two venues: North (National Squash Centre, Manchester) and South (Beaconsfield Squash & Racketball Club)
1 x Selection Event: The Battle of the Border
Selection Criteria
Selections are led by the Talent Pathway Lead. They are supported in their selections by the north and south Super Regional Head Coaches.
Selection remains continual ensuring equal opportunity for selection for all players across the season.
Key selection events for these squads are Silver, Gold and Platinum Events.
