Following four months of intense inter-county action, ten counties were crowned junior champions at an historic finals weekend at the University of Nottingham.
There was triple triumph for Sussex who claimed three of the 10 championship titles in the Boys U13, U17 and U19 – their first hat-trick in the championships’s 41-year history.
Meanwhile, there was double delight for Yorkshire who successfully defended their G17 title as well as claiming the G19 – the first time since 2002.
Further records were set as six of the ten county champions claimed titles for the very first time in their respective age categories – including Sussex who won their first B13 and B19 titles, Hampshire (G13), Buckinghamshire (G15), Leinster (B15) and Lancashire (G11).
