England Squash unveils new adidas kit and training wear

England Squash is proud to launch its new match kit and training wear in collaboration with adidas - and England's senior stars can't wait to road test it on the international stage.

The squad got their first glimpse of the new kit at the Optasia Squash Championships at The Wimbledon Club. Players including Mohamed ElShorbagy and Gina Kennedy were thrilled to see a tribute to England’s heritage - seven stars on the women’s shirt and five on the men’s, marking their World Team Championship victories.

Designed for comfort, style and performance, the modern look of the adidas apparel is set to turn heads when England’s national teams and coaches showcase it at competitions all over the world.

The new kit only heightened the squad's excitement for the European Team Championships in Poland this April.

England captain and former world champion Mohamed ElShorbagy said:

"I am so proud to wear the England flag on my chest and pleased that our proud history as five-time world champions is displayed on our innovative new adidas kit. I cannot wait for my third European Team Championships and am excited to try and lift the trophy while wearing the shirt!"

Georgina Kennedy, the 2022 Commonwealth Games women's gold medallist, added:

"It's always an especially proud moment to pull on an England shirt and the iconic three-stripe adidas logo will now add even more prestige to the occasion. The girls are looking forward to Wroclaw and reclaiming our title."

Jonah Bryant, who is hotly tipped to be part of the Great Britain squash team at the Los Angeles Olympics in 2028, said:

"I'm hoping to have a long senior career as an England player, so it's good to know the national team is in safe hands with adidas who have a history of delivering high quality and performance."

England’s U13 and U15 teams will be the first to showcase the new kit at April’s Five Nations in France.

The new England apparel follows the announcement of adidas' two-year partnership with the national governing body as Official Clothing and Shoe Partner.

Renowned for its innovative footwear, clothing and accessories, global sportswear giant adidas has built a legacy centred around performance, style and sustainability. Trusted by athletes worldwide, the brand symbolises quality and excellence in sports.
