Club Coach of the Year Award

This award recognises the achievements of a coach in developing and delivering a varied club programme through high-quality coaching and playing programmes that engage with new and existing club members.

Congratulations to Jason Pike who was crowned Club Coach of the Year at the 2016 Polar Squash Workforce Awards. Jason is a Head Coach at Leamington Squash Club and has worked proactively running schools programmes, developing the club’s junior programme, creating social squash activities and creating a vibe in the club which has helped membership grow from 360 to 460 members in two years. He has developed a successful junior programme with two regional winners and more county closed finalists than any other club in Warwickshire.
